The Quiet Beginning
Rooting your leadership in nature, presence and purpose
20th – 22nd March 2025
lAYING THE FOUNDATIONS FOR THE
GROWTH EXPERIENCE
GROWTH EXPERIENCE
There is a quiet power in beginnings.
A hush before the first step.
A breath in the dark.
By the fire and under the stars, you’ll be met by voices that speak from the heart, guiding you toward a wiser, more intuitive way of doing business and simply being.
It is where you embody the gravity and potential of what The Growth Experience can be for your life and business.
A rewilding.
A return to yourself.
There is a quiet power in beginnings. A hush before the first step. A breath held in the dark.
On Friday, March 20th, 2026, beneath the new moon, we will gather to begin.
This isn’t just a retreat, but a pilgrimage that marks a threshold moment.
It’s the pause between what has been and what is yet to come.
Set in sacred timing, this retreat will align you with the deeper rhythms of the natural world.
There will be firelight, stars, silence, and the voices of those who, like you, are choosing a quieter, wiser way of doing business.
We will step away from the noise of urgency and into the timeless cadence of the forest, the season, the self.
This retreat is not about doing more.
It is a return home to yourself.
It is remembering what matters most.
You are invited to bring all of you, and to arrive just as you are.
This is where your Growth Experience begins.
HAZEL HILL WOOD
HAZEL HILL WOOD
There are places in the world that seem to hum with memory; the air carries the wisdom of the trees, the connectivity of fungi and the quiet tread of deer.
Hazel Hill Wood is one such place.
Nestled in the countryside near Salisbury, this sacred 70-acre woodland has been forested for centuries. Here, the land is alive and breathing, as it should. Each spring, bluebells rise in waves, telling stories of time and return. Oaks, beech, pine, and hazel stand like elders in a vast ecological kinship, holding space for a wild, biodiverse community of life.

HAZEL HILL ISN'T JUST WHERE WE GATHER. IT'S OUR CO-FACILITATOR
HAZEL HILL ISN'T JUST WHERE WE GATHER. IT'S OUR CO-FACILITATOR
It’s our guide. Our grounding.
At the woodland’s heart stands the Oak House which will be our soulful, off-grid base.
Hand-built from timber grown on-site, it invites us into a slower rhythm of living: grounded, communal, and nourishingly simple.
You’ll sleep surrounded by forest. Wake with birdsong. Cook, eat, and reflect alongside others walking this shared path.
Hazel Hill isn’t curated. It’s not polished.
It’s an ecosystem where emergence and intuition guide the way.
Not a venue, but a sanctuary.
A living classroom for our deepest work.
THE FRAMEWORKS THAT HOLD THE RETREAT
THE FRAMEWORKS THAT HOLD THE RETREAT
While the forest is our host, a series of intentional frameworks gently holds the shape of our time together.
These are the scaffolds that support insight, connection, and clarity.
This isn’t a training or a curriculum.
It’s a reflective container in which new patterns can emerge.
Three Natural Rhythms
Our retreat dates have been chosen with great care, in harmony with three timeless rhythms of nature: the spring equinox, the moon cycle, and the Celtic wheel of the year, all of which we will honour throughout our journey together.
Our retreat takes place on March 20–22, 2026 to align with the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere, our first attunement and co‑regulation with nature. Known as Ostara on the Celtic Wheel, this is when day and night are of equal length, marking a threshold into the growing light. The invitation here for us is renewal, balance and new beginnings.
As you attune to the seasonal wisdom, your invitation is to plant seeds that will need your tending all year, a natural step after the quiet of winter.
This is the day after a new moon, a time to set your deep intentions. A step towards living the year in rhythm with the moon’s monthly cycles of intention and release.
Alignment with Nature
Our journey begins in synchronicity with the new moon.
A time traditionally honoured for planting seeds, setting intentions, and trusting what is unseen.
This celestial dark is not empty, but full of potential. As we gather beneath it, we attune our own beginnings to the natural rhythms of the earth and sky.
The Wheel of the Year
We’ll introduce the Celtic Wheel of the Year as a compass for our journey. This is an ancient map of seasonal wisdom that honours life’s cyclical nature.
You’ll come to see how your energy, business, and personal growth move in rhythm with the solstice, the equinox, and the turning of time. It’s not about mastering the wheel but about learning to walk beside it.
Personal Energy Awareness
Our time together begins with gentle invitations to reflect on your energy. This is how you think, feel, act, and restore.
We’ll draw from our first two frameworks helping you notice your current state and open space for recalibration.
It’s the first step in building the self-awareness that underpins regenerative leadership.
The 13 Regenerative Wisdoms
This retreat plants the first seeds of the 13 Wisdoms that shape The Growth Experience.
From biomimicry to intuition, from kincentric values to systems thinking.
We will learn them, live them, feel them, and sense them in the land, the waters and the sky.
While the forest is our host, a series of intentional frameworks gently holds the shape of our time together.
These are the scaffolds that support insight, connection, and clarity.
This isn’t a training or a curriculum.
It’s an unfolding and a reflective container in which new patterns can emerge.

WELLBEING & RESTORATION
WELLBEING & RESTORATION
Wellbeing is not a wellness checklist.
It is a way of being, and we will be inviting it into our space at Hazel Hill Wood as a soft return to the rhythms your body and spirit already know.
This retreat offers no performance, no pressure.
Only presence and connection with yourself, your peers, and the more-than-human world. The space will be held by quiet woods and candlelight. Your body nourished by simple, whole food, and invited into the kind of rest that renews more than just your energy, it renews your perspective, your purpose, and your sense of self.
Here, we begin to unlearn urgency.
To step into a more emergent pace, so we can remember that wellbeing is not a luxury, but a foundation for sustainable leadership and change.
